Join us for coffee and conversation with Peggy Howard Chane who has just returned from several weeks in Ethiopia and will be directing “Death ‘N Texas,” a tragic-comedy written by Felix Racelis as part of our series of play readings hosted by Arlene Dahl, on Monday, February 13th. The play concerns a wife who killed her unfaithful husband who has threatened to leave her for a much older woman and moves backwards in time to unravel the mystery of what made her commit murder.
Mr. Racelis, who has had several plays produced in New York, will be coming here on the “redeye” Monday morning (the 13th) from California where he will have produced a major fund raising event for the Los Angeles Opera on Sunday night. Ms. Chane has produced and directed theatre, film and television, worked on game shows, sitcoms and documentaries and received hundreds of program pitches of all kinds.
PLEASE RSVP VIA EMAIL info@nyemmys.org OR PHONE 212-459-3630, ext. 204.
