Topic: "Whats New in Spanish Television" 

Mr. Leclere currently Chief of Marketing and International Relations Officer at Veonet, the first fully Spanish streaming services. He was born in Russia, grew up in France and is fluent in French, Russian and some Chinese. He was head of radio and television at the United Nations for nine years, head the International Television Academy for four years produced live events in China and award shows around the word. He began his career as a journalist in Lebanon. He is a Pioneer in the creation of both Univision and Telemundo.
