NY NATAS Members alone or with one guest only (age 16+), if space allows, are invited to RSVP to be on the VIP confirmed seating list to attend an exciting taping of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert from the Ed Sullivan Theater right in the heart of NYC!
We kindly request that you read all the information below carefully!

*Note: Only 15 guests per show taping.
Check-In Instructions**:
4:15 - 4:30PM - Please check-in with Phyllis Bishop
4:30 - 4:45PM - VIP Group check-in time
**NOTE: Any confirmed NY NATAS member and/or guest that arrives after 4:45pm will not be admitted into the taping.
Show Taping Time:
Taping is set to begin at 6:00pm and is expected to wrap by 8:30pm.

- Please include the following: show taping date, your/your guest's full name and your NY NATAS Membership Number for verification purposes only.
- Your name as well as your guest's name given for RSVP purposes must exactly match your respective government-issued photo ID driver license(s) or passport(s), which you will need to bring with you in order to enter the studio.
- If you need to cancel/change your guest's name, please notify Phyllis ASAP.
- A finalized guest list must be submitted to The Late Show with Stephen Colbert team by 5:00pm on Monday 8/5/19; therefore, we CANNOT accomodate guest subsitutions and/or additions thereafter.
- In order to give all of our members an opportunity to attend a show taping, please refrain from RSVPing to this event if you have attended a show taping within the past 6 months.
- You and your guest may only attend one taping.
- NY NATAS Members must respond to all requests from Phyllis Bishop for VIP confirmed seating.

Important Show Taping Details & Requirements:
Personal Identification: Although you and your guest will be on the VIP Guest List, please make sure that each of you brings a government-issued photo ID for security purposes.
CBS Disclaimer: CBS reserves the right to refuse admission and/or eject any individual whose behavior is deemed to be questionable or problematic (in the sole discretion of our staff). Anyone violating theater rules or engaging in illegal activity will be asked to leave.

IS THERE A SECURITY SCREENING?
AM I ALLOWED TO TAKE PICTURES?
The use of electronic devices (cell phones, cameras, recording devices, etc.) is strictly prohibited while in the Theater and may be confiscated if in use, or you and your guests may be asked to leave. There are plenty of photo opportunities outside the Theater!
HOW LONG DOES THE SHOW LAST?
Tapings usually last between 90-120+ minutes. Once entering the Theater, guests are required to stay for the duration of the taping.
CAN I BRING A SNACK AND/OR A DRINK?
Food and beverages are not permitted inside the Theater.
SHOW CANCELLATIONS
If a show is cancelled due to inclement weather or for any other reason, you will be notified via e-mail or telephone by The Late Show audience department. The Late Show does not refund travel fees and is not responsible for lost wages.
GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES
The Late Show is committed to making tapings accessible to guests with disabilities. Accessible seating (including companion seating) and other accommodations are provided at all tapings. The availability of accessible seating cannot be assured if the number of audience members requiring accessible seating at a taping exceeds the allotted number of accessible seats. If you or anyone in your party requires an accommodation to attend the show because of a disability, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your ticket confirmation by e-mail or phone at thelateshow-audience@cbs.com or 212-975-8800 with the accommodation request, and a representative from The Late Show will get back to you accordingly. The Late Show also provides assistive listening devices at all tapings. Sign language interpreters and other appropriate auxiliary aids and services may also be provided if a request is made at least three business days before the taping date (The Late Show will attempt to fulfill requests received with less than three days’ notice but there are no guarantees that late requests can be fulfilled).
